BB197 – Separating Topper Block

A wide, curved topper brim block. This block is designed to allow you to block a top hat in one piece of felt – nothing that is not normally possible because you can push the top hat crown through the hole in the brim. In this case, the brim is made in two halves that can separate. Once your crown is blocked, the halves can go around allowing you to block the same piece of felt over and into the groove. The two halves are held together simply by the pressure of the string as you tie in the felt.

The legs come as standard with this particular block.
