Using pre-formed brim shapes saves all the work of planning, cutting and finishing brims – and there are cost savings too. It’s well worth learning how to use these lovely brims which come in a number of styles and sizes and can be dyed to whatever colour you choose. Because the techniques are different, we have dealt separately with up and down-turning brim shapes.
