Privacy Policy
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties. We may contact you by email, phone or post with current offers or new products. Please let us know if you do not wish to recive such information.
Delivery
A turn around time will be given when you contact us with an order and this will be based on how much of your order is in stock and how busy we are at the time. Generally this is not more than three weeks and is often less. Block orders are delivered by courier and smaller orders such as accessories are by Royal Mail.
Payment
We require full payment before we comence work on your order and cannot offer credit.
Returns and cancellations
All our products are fully garuanteed and if you are not entirley satisfied with any part of your order, please return it to us for a full refund or exchange (within 7 days of receiving your order). Blocks must generally be returned in an unused condition. We like to make sure all our customers are fully satisfied so please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any concerns. If you cancel an order before we have started work on it, we will be happy to provide a full refund. If we have already started work and your order contains standard catalogue blocks, we will also be happy to provide a full refund. Should your order contain special designs and we have already started work on them, then we reserve the right not to make a refund until the items have been sold to another customer.
Designs

All designs, drawings, text and photos on this website are the property of Guy Morse-Brown Hat Blocks Ltd. If you supply us with a design of your own in the form of a drawing or mock up, we will not disclose this to any other party, and unless you give us permission, we will also not produce blocks to the same design for anyone else. If we make special blocks for you to our design (based on an old hat or block from you for example) then the design remains our property and we reserve the right to reproduce it for other customers. If you do require something to remain exclusive, please do chat to us about it.
